Sales and Returns Policy
Applicability by Region – Our Sales and Return Policy are only applicable to sales made to buyers located and who take delivery of our products in the United States of America or Canada and are not applicable in any other foreign jurisdiction. For further details on foreign sales contact us.
- Because every product is made to order WE DO NOT accept returns; all sales for standard products, limited edition products, custom products and merchandise are FINAL.
- Orders CAN NOT be cancelled once they are entered into our system and payment has been processed by our payment processor.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take photographs of the damaged packaging and damaged product or merchandise and contact us with your order number for further instructions.
- Damaged products or merchandise will be replaced free of charge to you provided you promptly report damage when you have received the shipment.
90-Day Limited Warranty
We warrant the sold products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 90 days provided we are given timely notification of such defect(s) in accordance with this warranty. If defective, the product will be repaired or replaced at our option, at no charge to you, provided you supply us with a dated proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from: misuse, damage you cause, unauthorized modification, exposure to water or other liquids, weather or excessive heat or cold, or normal wear and tear.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT, TO THE FULL EXTENT SUCH MAY BE DISCLAIMED BY LAW. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. HOWEVER, SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LIMITATION ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
